A public memorial service will take place at a later date in London.

The funeral service for family and personal friends is at St Edmundsbury Cathedral on Tuesday 17th January 2017 at 1:30 pm, followed by a private committal at West Suffolk Crematorium.

Convenient long-stay parking is at 'Ram Meadow' car park, a 10 minute walk to the cathedral.  

The family request no flowers.  On-line donations in thanksgiving for Patrick's life and work can be gratefully received through this website's donation facilities including Gift Aid.  
A retiring collection will be available at the funeral.  Donations will be shared equally between the charities, unless otherwise indicated.
